Health Claims (Commission Regulation EU No. 432/2012): Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination; and contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Magnesium Bisglycinate + C is a food supplement based on pure, fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate. It is the most bioavailable form of magnesium and is gentle on the stomach. The product provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium per daily dose, plus 375 mg of vitamin C to support the body's magnesium functions. It also provides 350 mg of malic acid.
