Sleep8 is a synergetic formula with 6 selected plant extracts, melatonin and magnesium which helps favour a refreshing rest.

Health Claims (Commission Regulation EU No. 432/2012): Melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination; and contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
