Magnesium Bisglycinate + C is a food supplement based on pure, fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate. It is the most bioavailable form of magnesium and is gentle on the stomach. The product provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium per daily dose, plus 375 mg of vitamin C to support the body's magnesium functions. It also provides 350 mg of malic acid.

Magnesium and vitamin C contribute to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue; to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal muscle function, to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and to normal psychological function. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily dose), and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones and cartilage.
