Health Claims (Commission Regulation EU No. 432/2012): Vitamin C helps support the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. It also contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, a normal functioning of the nervous system and immune system and normal psychological function. It contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the reduction of  tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
