The user declares that the personal information provided by him/her to New Leaf is accurate and agrees to inform New Leaf of any changes pertaining to this data­. The user is solely liable for any direct or indirect damage he/she may cause to New Leaf or any third party by completing the forms using false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. In accordance with this Privacy Policy the user may not enter any third party information without obtaining prior approval, and is solely responsible for any information entered.­
