About the webinar:
In this webinar, Angela Stringhini presents a clinical framework for working with menstrual health through the lens of Sacred Rhythms.
This webinar invites practitioners to understand the cycle as a living, seasonal rhythm that moves through phases of expansion and contraction. These inner seasons offer valuable clinical information about a woman’s biological, emotional, and energetic state, and can be used to guide therapeutic decision making in practice.
Using the Sacred Rhythms framework, Angela shows how Inner Winter, Inner Spring, Inner Summer, and Inner Autumn correspond with predictable physiological and hormonal shifts, and how these shifts can be observed, understood, and supported.
Angela highlights how charting the cycle allows practitioners to recognise patterns over time, read signs and symptoms differently, and gain insight into where a woman’s rhythm is under strain or supported. Charting is presented as a way of developing awareness, re-lationship, and clarity around the woman’s unique cyclical expression.
From this place of observation, the webinar then explores how Sacred Rhythms can inform therapeutic choices. Angela shares how she uses the inner seasons to guide the selection and timing of New Roots supplements in clinical practice, always working with the in-dividual rhythm of the cycle rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
This webinar offers practitioners a different way of reading menstrual health, one that hon-ours the cycle as a source of information, intelligence, and healing. It supports working in alignment with a woman’s natural rhythms, helping practitioners support hormonal balance, resilience, and wellbeing in a more integrated and meaningful way.
