Mould & Mycotoxins:
A Phased, Clinical Approach to Supporting the Body
Webinar recording
Webinar Synopsis:
Mould exposure doesn't always present in obvious ways. Alongside respiratory symptoms, clients may report fatigue, brain fog, digestive issues, headaches, histamine-type reactions and increasing sensitivity to foods, supplements or their environment.
Knowing where to start is the hard part. Add too much at once and sensitive clients can flare. Open the elimination pathways in the wrong order and the body can struggle to clear what's being mobilised.
Angela will guide you through each stage:
- Exposure: how mould and mycotoxins affect the body, and why some clients are more affected than others
- Recognising the signs: when to suspect mould is part of the clinical picture
- Reducing the burden: the role of fibre, binders, diet and environment in lowering the load
Supporting elimination: preparing the gut, bowels, liver and bile flow, lymphatics and kidneys, and why the order matters
- Rebuilding resilience: restoring the microbiome, antioxidant defences and tolerance over time
You'll also learn how to:
- Adapt your approach for sensitive clients who can't tolerate an aggressive protocol
- Use selected New Roots Herbal products at each stage of the New Roots mould protocol
The aim isn't to throw everything at mould at once. It's to understand what the body needs first, what may be getting in the way, and how to support recovery step by step.
